My Take on Azure

Let's all take a moment to appreciate the developers of Azure for taking a chance by putting a modern, full-amenity glass high-rise in what was a fairly remote location in 2004. Up to that point all the similar buildings were going up in the Turtle Creek/Oak Lawn or Victory Park areas. But the developers of Azure read the writing on the wall and knew that the fairly empty area between those two neighborhoods had to take off. Their tower was a catalyst for that development and Azure's part of Uptown has grown up around it and become one of the most walkable and in-demand parts of Dallas. Walk one way to get the American Airlines Center and Victory, head out the other way and you're quickly in the heart of the Uptown Dallas dining scene.
The condos here also bucked the trend of the traditional luxury condos you'd find at Mayfair or Vendome and went with a more minimalist style. That paid off too and the modern condos sold very well when they were new and still sell fast when priced right. I love the floor plans here that emphasize open spaces and taking in the views from the floor-to-ceiling windows. There's one floor plan here that puts the kitchen in the center of the condo making it perfect for entertaining (it's the heart of the home right?). The terraces at Azure are more than just a balcony to stand on and enjoy the view. These are more like outdoor living areas big enough for furniture and even have their own gas fireplaces. Parking is secure and some units even come with their own private two-car "garage within a garage" with space for storage and a closing door. That's hard to find at any price.
Azure has the resort amenities you would expect starting with valet parking and a dramatic lobby with 24/7 security. Step outside to the pool deck and you'd be forgiven for thinking you're at a 5-star resort. That feeling continues throughout the common areas which also include a fitness center, resident lounge, theater room, business center, sauna and more.
I've sold a lot of units at Azure to many happy clients. I can definitely help you decide if this is the building for you. And if you like the style of Azure but don't see a condo that interests you, then you might also consider its newer sister building Bleu Ciel. Let's talk about that too.
