About Texas & Pacific Lofts
The Texas & Pacific building started out life as a warehouse that was used to store goods being shipped by railroad back in 1931. Now it's home to modern residential lofts that still retain the bulding's vintage feel with terrazzo floors, concrete pillars and ceilings and exposed ductwork. There's also a modern mid-rise that was built next door when the main building was converted to lofts. If you see listings at 221 W Lancaster those are in the historic tower, and listings at 201 W Lancaster are in the newer mid-rise. Those units are soft-loft modern condos.
Texas & Pacific focuses on authentic loft living rather than resort-style amenities. That said, there is a pool, a community room, fitness center, business center, concierge and a few other amenities for residents.
T&P Lofts are in a great downtown location, and close to the new Texas A&M Law School campus. If you travel often or like to go to Mavericks and Stars games you can get to DFW Airport and the American Airlines Center easily with access to both TEXRail and the Trinity Railway Express next door.
