My Take on Marlowe

Marlowe is situated in downtown, steps away from the Toyota Center, Discovery Green, and George R. Brown Convention Center. It is also across the street from dining and entertainment in the GreenStreet complex, such as House of Blues, Pete’s Dueling Piano Bar, and a bowling alley. Marlowe is a boutique building, offering just 99 units on twenty floors. This is a full-service building and amenities include a spacious lobby, 24/7 concierge, state-of-the-art fitness center, community room and a mid-level pool deck with skyline views. Some of the two-bedroom units are kind of small by Houston standards, but that helps keep the price and HOA dues low. If you're looking for a pied-e-terre in the city or a second home here then Marlowe should definitely be on your list. It's a quality building too as it was built by Randall Davis, the notable Houston developer who is behind many other buildings, such as Arabella and Astoria.
