Panorama Towers are some of the most iconic luxury condo communities in Las Vegas. Completed in 2006–2007, the two 33-story aqua-blue glass towers at 4525 and 4575 Dean Martin Drive feature over 600 residences with panoramic views of the Strip, Allegiant Stadium, and the surrounding desert mountains. Its resort-style amenities and prime location make Panorama one of the most sought-after addresses in the city. While the neighboring Martin condo tower looks like it's part of this development it's actually a completely separate community, but built by the same developer. (read Bill's Take on Panorama Towers)

My Take on Panorama Towers
by Bill Zinsser
When people ask me about Panorama Towers, the first thing I mention is how safe and secure the buildings feel. This is a guard-gated community with electronic entry, secure access, and 24/7 concierge service in both towers. It’s close to the Strip, but once you’re inside, it feels calm, private, and well managed.
Panorama Towers is made up of two high-rise towers that are nearly identical, just reversed. Each tower has its own lobby, valet, amenities and entrance, but residents can use all of it in either building. The towers rise to about 38 floors and were originally built starting in 2004. Despite their age, they’ve held up very well, and any past litigation issues are long resolved. Financing is available, the HOA is in good shape, and the buildings are on solid footing today.
When I bring my clients here they fall in love with the amenities. Few towers have this much stuff to keep residents busy and healthy including two separate fitness centers, an indoor basketball court, an indoor racquetball court, a Pilates room, and a full spa with locker rooms and showers. There’s also a pool, spa, barbecue area, and an actual dog run. They even host social activities like meditation sessions and small group gatherings, which helps bring residents together.
Another unique feature is the resident limo service. It’s available regularly and will take residents about three to five miles, which is incredibly convenient for dinners, events, or game nights. It’s especially popular during concerts and sporting events, but you do want to reserve it ahead of time.
Floor plans range widely here so there's a lot to choose from. One-bedroom condos can start in the $300,000s, while larger residences easily reach into the millions. Most buyers tend to fall in the $500,000 to $900,000 range, and once you get into units around 2,000 square feet, pricing moves well into seven figures. There are also some very large, high-end residences that sit at the top of the market.
Views are another great part about Panorama Towers. Because the buildings are oriented parallel with the Strip rather than perpendicular like The Martin you get a broad range of Strip views. Once you’re around the 15th floor, the views really open up, and from higher floors you can see the entire strip and nearly all the way to California. On the opposite side, you get mountain and sunset views, which are especially impressive in the summer. Those west-facing sunsets are hard to beat.
Panorama Towers works well for people who want to have access to CityCenter and the Strip without being in the middle of the chaos. There’s a secure pedestrian route across I-15 with quick access to the Strip, plus you’re close to Allegiant Stadium, the future A’s MLB ballpark, and T-Mobile Arena. You can walk, drive, or use the limo service depending on the day and your plans.
The resident mix is another thing the clients I've helped here really like. You’ve got retirees downsizing from homes, business owners, casino professionals, and a lot of people coming from California who want a lock-and-leave lifestyle. It’s a very mixed community and everyone seems to get along well. The overall vibe is respectful, social and quiet.
