What if my listing sells within 60 days?
If the status of your listing changes please let us know by emailing hello@skyrises.com. You can tell us to delete the listing or update the status to SOLD and leave it on the site. It's your choice. However we do not offer prorated refunds if your listings sells within 60 days.

Can I make changes to my listing?
Our site is not directly connected to the MLS, so we'll have to make any changes (like price) to your listing manually. We're happy to do that though - just email hello@skyrises.com with any changes to your listing within the 60 days and we'll update it right away.

Is Skyrises a brokerage?
ButtonNo - we are not a brokerage. We are just an advertising site for high-rise condos. We don't collect any commissions or referrals. When you buy a featured listing our goal is to connect buyers directly to you.
