My Take on Peachtree Lofts
Peachtree Lofts is an iconic mid-century building located above the Vortex with large, open loft-style condominiums. These unique condos have high ceilings with beams, concrete floors, exposed ductwork and more. Some are completely open spaces with no defined bedrooms, but in others past owners have added walls to separate them.
Peachtree Lofts has terrific amenities, especially for a loft building in this price range. Amenities include 24/7 concierge, fitness center, outdoor saltwater pool with sundeck and grill, resident lounge with WIFI and a secure parking garage with deeded spots. The location is terrific too just minutes from Piedmont Park, The Belt Line, The Fox Theatre, High Museum of Art, Publix, a MARTA station, Whole Foods and much more. This building is one of the best values in Midtown and I've helped many clients buy and sell here over the years. I'd be happy to discuss if it's the right building for you too.

Testimonials from our Peachtree Lofts Clients
"Jamie is a fabulous agent. Her knowledge of Atlanta condos in tremendous - she knows all of the buildings in Midtown and is familiar with not only the amenities and the style of the units but also whether or not they are FHA eligible. Jamie is so on top of what is available on the market that she took my husband and I to see units only hours after they hit the MLS. She Is always available when you need her - whether by text, phone or email. This was our first home purchase and Jamie was very thorough in answering all of our new homeowner questions and patiently walk us through the process. I would recommend her to anyone who is buying the first home or their fifth."

"Jamie knows her market and helped me get a great price on an incomparable unit in Midtown Atlanta. As a seller's agent, Jamie was responsive and incredibly helpful in getting more than I wanted when selling my unit. If I ever decide to move again, I will definitely use Jamie to help me find a new place and to sell my current unit."
