The Knox is a pre-construction condominium tower coming to a four-acre lot on Knox Street adjacent to the Katy Trail. The Knox Hotel and Residences will be a 140-room hotel with 48 large, luxury condominiums starting at 2,500 square feet. The project will be managed by Auberge Resorts. The residences are designed by Dallas-based interior designer Chad Dorsey and will feature private residential amenities including a clubroom, bar & lounge, entertaining spaces, fitness center, and indoor pool. The project is expected to open in 2026 and reservations are available now.
