My Take on 2011 Cedar Springs

2011 Cedar Springs is a red-brick boutique high-rise that offers loft-style two-story luxe condos on the border of Uptown and Victory Park. This building is very similar to nearby 1999 McKinney which was built around the same time and also features two-story loft floor plans. 2011 faces a slightly different direction though so it has some better downtown views from the huge two-story walls of windows. The floor plans are similar too with a guest bedroom and bath on the first floor main living area, and a primary suite with a flexible loft area upstairs. There are some huge penthouses here too so if you're looking for a lot of square footage in Uptown with a little bit of a loft edge to it this is your place.
Amenities at 2011 Cedar Springs include a pool and sun deck, fitness center, concierge and secure parking. Its location near the American Airlines Center, Klyde Warren Park, and McKinney Avenue makes gives it a WalkScore of 94 and is one of the most walkable locations in Dallas.
