About The Beat at South Side Station
The Beat at South Side Station offers modern high-rise loft living just south of Downtown Dallas in the Cedars. The Beat is a 10-story building with soft loft-style condos with exposed concrete, high ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling windows. When it went up in 2007 it was a big shot in the arm to the Cedars area and there was nothing else like it in the area. The views of the downtown skyline are fantastic from the units on the southwest side of the building, and because there aren't any other towers nearby you get a pretty good view from about the 3rd floor and up. Amenities include a resort-style pool, outdoor lounge, spa, dog park, and secure parking. There's a DART rail station right next door, and more and more restaurants and bars coming to The Cedars making this a great walkable building. Nervous about walking to the DART Station? Well the Dallas PD HQ is right next door so maybe that will help you get past that.
