A fixture of North Dallas living since the 1960s, Preston Tower is a landmark high-rise known for its mid-century modern architecture and great amenities. This 29-story building features large one, two and three-bedroom condos with large balconies. In addition to the high-rise tower there's a mid-rise on the property as well. The best views are from the odd-numbered units in the tower because those face downtown Dallas. Some units have had washer and dryer connections added over the years, and for the rest of the residents there are on-site laundry facilities. The HOA dues may seem high but consider they include all utilities, high-speed internet and even HVAC maintenance.
Amenities include a large outdoor pool, tennis court, fitness center, dog park, coffee shop, resident lounge, library, and landscaped gardens. Residents enjoy 24-hour concierge service and a convenient location near Preston Center shopping, restaurants, and the Dallas North Tollway.
