Turtle Creek North offers mid-century vibes in a 13-story building right along Turtle Creek Boulevard. It was built in 1963 when condos were more spacious and lived like homes so you'll find big rooms here with large terraces at a pretty reasonable price when compared with other Turtle Creek high-rises.
Another feature Turtle Creek North has that's hard to find in the newer buildings is the lush landscaping around the building. It really brings the natural setting of Turtle Creek right to your doorstep and makes the amenities feel private and luxurious. Those amenities include a resort-style pool with outdoor lounge areas, exercise room, resident community room , 24/7 front desk service and more. There are some accommodations though, for instance the units here don't have laundry connections. Instead there is a laundry room available for residents on-site.
