My Take on The InterContinental

The InterContinental Residences combine five-star hotel luxury with exclusive private residences overlooking Boston Harbor. Completed in 2006 as part of the InterContinental Boston Hotel, this striking 21-story glass tower was designed by Elkus Manfredi Architects and remains one of the most desirable addresses on Downtown's waterfront. Keep in mind that even though there is a hotel on site nightly and STR rentals are not allowed. Long-term annual leases are fine.
At the top of the tower you'll find the 130 luxury condominiums ranging from one-bedroom floor plans to large three-bedroom homes. These are expensive modern condos so you'll find nice contemporary finishes and high-end appliances like Sub-Zero and Wolf as well as quartz countertops and custom-built cabinetry.
As part of the InterContinental complex, residents enjoy full access to the hotel’s five-star services and facilities. Amenities include a world-class spa, indoor lap pool, fitness center, two acclaimed restaurants, and 24-hour concierge and valet service. Owners do have a separate private entrance, secure garage parking and dedicated staff to ensure discretion.
Located along the Rose Kennedy Greenway and Boston Harborwalk, InterContinental Boston offers immediate access to Downtown, the Financial District, and Seaport. South Station, Logan Airport, and major highways are all nearby.
