My Take on One Charles

One Charles is a popular Back Bay high-rise located steps from the Boston Common and the Public Garden. It's a relatively newer building having been completed in 2005 by Millennium Partners and designed by the renowned Handel Architects. We like the brick and glass architecture which makes it stand out from other buildings and feels a little warmer and more elegant.
The building is home to 239 luxury condominiums, including one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes as well as a limited collection of penthouses. As you'd expect in a newer tower the interiors are light and bright with contemporary kitchens and spa-like baths.
The resident amenities at One Charles also make this a popular building. Residents here enjoy a 24-hour concierge and doorman, valet parking, lounge, fitness center, on-site management, and private meeting rooms. The building also includes elegant common areas, secure garage parking, and a welcoming attended lobby.
The convenient location at the intersection of Back Bay, Beacon Hill, and Downtown offers terrific walkability.
