My Take on Millennium Place

Millennium Place Condos is a 15-story tower that was built by Millennium Partners, and designed by Handel Architects. When it went up in 2013 it kicked off this newer wave of luxury Downtown high-rise residential towers. Now we have Millennium Tower and Winthrop Center Residences and many more. But this was one of the originals and it still holds up even with the newer, taller towers around it.
There are about 256 condominiums at Millennium Place ranging from one-bedroom homes to spacious three-bedroom corner residences and penthouses. Many residences overlook the Boston Common, Theater District, or Millennium Place’s beautifully landscaped interior courtyard.
The central location at the intersection of Downtown Crossing and the Theater District puts you close to all the reasons people want to live Downtown, like the Boston Common, public transit, restaurants, and entertainment venues. The Financial District, Back Bay, Beacon Hill, and South End are all easily accessible too.
Millennium Place is known for its exceptional amenities and signature “La Vie” lifestyle program, which fosters a strong sense of community. Residents enjoy a private owners’ lounge, screening room, dining room with catering kitchen, and a fully equipped fitness center with yoga and Pilates studios. Security is taken seriously here and there is 24/7 concierge service, doorman service, valet parking, and dedicated security. Even with this many units the building maintains an intimate scale with a terrific staff that remembers residents' names and really make this building a pleasure to call home. That's becoming harder and harder to find in Boston high-rises and it makes this one of my favorite buildings.
