My Take on Millennium Tower

The Millennium Tower at 1 Franklin Street is one of Boston’s most iconic luxury high-rise residences. Designed by Handel Architects and completed in 2016 by Millennium Partners, this 60-story glass tower rises 685 feet above the heart of Downtown Crossing and offers spectacular views of the Boston skyline, Charles River and Boston Harbor.
The tower features 442 luxury residences and they're divided into three tiers. There are the City Residences, the Grand Residences which are larger and on higher floors, and then the ultimate Penthouse Collection. The homes range from one-bedroom apartments to sprawling three-bedroom corner residences and penthouses. Interiors feature floor-to-ceiling windows, wide-plank hardwood floors, chef-quality kitchens with Poggenpohl cabinetry and Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, and spa-quality bathrooms with marble finishes.
Millennium Tower is located at the crossroads of Downtown Crossing, the Financial District and Beacon Hill, putting you close to the Common, luxury shopping, world-class dining and several MBTA transit lines. The Seaport, Back Bay and North End are all within easy walking distance.
