My Take on One Dalton

One Dalton is the Four Seasons Private Residences at 1 Dalton Street, not to be confused with the older Four Seasons on the Park. It is the tallest residential tower in Boston and one of the most luxurious high-rise condos ever built. Developed by Carpenter & Company in partnership with Four Seasons, and designed by internationally acclaimed Pei Cobb Freed & Partners and CambridgeSeven, this 61-story, 742-foot tower is a modern marvel. Its sleek glass form is now a hallmark of the Back Bay skyline.
The residences are at the top of the tower, above the Four Seasons Hotel Boston at One Dalton. The building has 160 ultra-luxury condos ranging from one-bedroom residences to spacious three and four-bedroom homes and penthouse suites. Each home has floor-to-ceiling windows with sweeping views of the Charles River, Back Bay, Fenway and Downtown.
