My Take on Twenty Two Liberty

Twenty Two Liberty is one of Boston’s most popular Seaport residential buildings because it offers striking modern design, professional resident services and terrific harbor views. It was built in 2015 by The Fallon Company and sold out quickly showing that there was significant demand for some new modern condo options along the water.
Twenty Two Liberty has 109 luxury condominiums ranging from efficient one-bedroom to expansive three-bedroom homes and penthouses. Interiors are what you would expect from a high-end condo building that was built in the 2010's including kitchens with Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, stone countertops, and high-end cabinetry, while spa-style baths include soaking tubs, walk-in showers, and designer fixtures. Many residences include private terraces with panoramic views of both Boston Harbor and the downtown skyline.
Another big draw here is the list of five-star amenities. The Harbor Club lounge offers indoor and outdoor lounge spaces overlooking the marina. The fitness center provides state-of-the-art equipment and wellness programs.
