Ritz-Carlton Residences on Avery Street brings hotel service and an unmatched central location overlooking Boston Common. The three-tower complex, completed in 2001 by Millennium Partners, features more than 300 luxury residences above The Ritz-Carlton Hotel and The Equinox Sports Club, offering an urban full-service living environment unlike any other in the city. The three Avery Street towers are on the edge of Downtown Crossing, the Theater District and Beacon Hill, with walkability that is second to none.
