About Marshall Wells Lofts
Marshall Wells is a seven-story vintage warehouse that has been converted to loft homes in Portland's Pearl District. It was designed by Daniel Hudson Burnham who also designed NYC's Flatiron Building. These lofts have high ceilings, timber beams and ceilings, large windows and open spaces without defined rooms in most units. Outdoor space is limited but there is a resident courtyard in the center of the building and the top floor units have large rooftop decks. Residents have access to secure garage parking and a welcoming lobby.
