Bill Zinsser has spent more than 23 years specializing in Las Vegas high-rise condominiums. His experience includes traditional residential towers, Strip-adjacent buildings and complex condo-hotel properties that require specialized knowledge of ownership structures and rental programs. Before entering real estate, Bill spent 16 years in the corporate sector as a Director of Operations for a Fortune 500 company. He holds a BA in Marketing and has extensive developmental training, which contributes to his consistent performance as a top producer in the Las Vegas market.
