Las Vegas is building high-rise condos again! Las Vegas saw a big wave of high-rise condo construction back around 2006-2008. Since then though it's been pretty quiet as the market was a bit overbuilt and needed time to absorb all the inventory. That time has gone by and now we're seeing new construction start up again on mid-rise and high-rise condo towers like Cello in Downtown.
