Not every Las Vegas high-rise is on the strip. In fact some of the most luxurious and in-demand towers are nowhere near it. The Strip is popular with investors and part-time residents, but those of us who live in Las Vegas know there is much more to our city than what exists in those blocks. Downtown Las Vegas is growing fast and adding our first new tower in a LONG time called Cello Tower. Some of our most interesting high-rises like Newport Lofts are on the edge of downtown.

Then there's the South Strip with a few mid-rise buildings and a popular high-rise development called One Las Vegas. These condos are generally some of the most affordable in the Valley if you want the convenience of high-rise living on a budget. And don't forget Summerlin, which in addition to many garden condos has One Queensridge Place nearby as well as a new high-rise rumored to be coming soon.
