The Ritz-Carlton Residences are building on their huge success in cities like Dallas and Boston, and bringing their branded residences and hotel concept to Houston. The 45-story building will be roughly 600 feet tall making it the tallest condo tower in the city. It will be located just one block north of the Galleria at 2120 Post Oak Blvd. In addition to 119 private condominiums, the tower will also house a long-awaited Ritz-Carlton hotel with 154 luxe guest rooms. Can you believe it's been almost 30 years since we've had a Ritz-Carlton Hotel in America's fourth-largest city?
Developed by Deiso Moss in partnership with Cleary Interests and Marriott International, the project is scheduled to be completed in 2029. Details are still pretty scarce, but it's sounding like there will be ground-floor retail and a 9th floor pool deck. Residents will have their own entrance, parking and elevators separate from the hotel, as well as many owner-only amenities. Owners can also access to the ~50K square feet of hotel amenities. If it's like other Ritz-Carlton projects we've covered expect to see a long list of wonderful resident amenities, terrific restaurants and large, luxurious condos. These buildings become their own scene very quickly in most markets.
