The Bayou Lofts started life in 1910 as the Southern Pacific Railroad building. Now the historically registered gem has been reborn as a residential loft building with 108 units, including 14 penthouses across 9 floors. These lofts are the real deal with rustic charm like hardwood floors and exposed brick combined with modern kitchens, baths and balconies. Amenities include a terrific rooftop deck with a pool, 24/7 concierge services and a fitness center.
Bayou Lofts are all about city living in the heart of Downtown. There's a lot you can walk to nearby like Arts District Houston and Market Square Park as well as a plethora of restaurants and clubs.
