Belfiore is one of Houston’s most exclusive buildings. With only two units per floor, the spacious residences average 4,000 square feet. The low density also means less noise and people which is rare in a 26-story high-rise . Each home features its own lobby, adding to the private feeling. Building amenities for the 46 fortunate owners include a resort-style pool area with cabanas, formal gardens, pet park, fitness center with steam baths, and a large gathering space perfect for events. There is a manned guard house at the property’s entry for added security. Belfiore is a Giorgio Borlenghi development. He is the same developer behind luxury condos Montebello, Villa D’Este and Four Leaf Towers.
