My Take on Empire

Empire is a mid-rise loft building located just east of The Galleria. This building really stands out even among the taller ones around it because of the unique art deco styling. This is a sister building to other Randall Davis loft buildings like Gotham.
The individual Empire Lofts feature high ceilings, wide open layouts and large windows. Many include exposed elements that give the industrial loft feel the name suggests, along with well appointed kitchens, stone counters, hardwood floors, spa style baths, and private terraces. There are single-story flats and a number of two-story loft units here so there's lots of flexibility. There are even some first floor units with small fenced yards and large enclosed patios. The big open spaces really let owners be creative here as well.

Empire is in a quiet pocket of Uptown and is within walking distance of The Galleria, the WaterWall and lots of restaurants. This is a pet-friendly building that's great for dog owners because you have quite a bit of grass around the building and a park-like setting across the street that even has a duck pond.

Empire isn't a full-service building but it does have nice essential amenities like an outdoor pool and spa, landscaped courtyard, theater room, fitness center, secure entry, and reserved parking. That helps keep the HOA dues a little lower than other buildings in the area too.
