My Take on The Four Seasons

There's a lot to like about The Four Seasons Residences in Downtown Houston. The location is terrific and is attached to the Four Seasons hotel which gives residents access to the amenities like in-room dining. You're also close to Discovery Green, the Toyota Center and lots of downtown's attractions like the Arts District are walkable or at least close by. Even though it's attached to the hotel, owners do have a separate dedicated entrance, valet and dedicated concierge. And the hotel has recently undergone renovations, showcasing a modernized lobby, spa, and a resort-style pool deck. You'll also find great dining like Toro Toro and cocktail lounges on site.
Now let's talk about the condos. If you're expecting to see luxe new condos like other cities, or condos that are of the same caliber as St. Regis or Ritz-Carlton Residences you're going to be disappointed. This building went up in 1982 and looks and feels a lot like The Spires. That said, you can find some nicely renovated units here if that's what you're looking for. But you're going to pay a premium for the Four Seasons branding. If you're OK with that, then terrific. But if you're more interested in a newer, more modern condo than the Four Seasons name I can show you other comparable buildings where you can find that too.
