My Take on The Bristol

The Bristol is just south of the Galleria in that Uptown pocket by the 59/610 exchange along with The Mark and 3525 Sage. It's an older building but it's been really well kept and has maintained the high standard of living that Houston high-rise buyers expect. The Bristol is a full-service building that offers a wide array of services, including 24-hour concierge, valet parking, a porter, and an on-site manager. That comes with a cost though, and while the prices of the units are relatively low the HOA dues are a little higher than the neighboring buildings.
Amenities here include a newly-refurbished fitness center, an outdoor pool, a business center and a community room. The Bristol is a pet-friendly community and there's plenty of green space for dog walks and other outdoor activities around the building. The location makes it convenient to get to shopping centers like the Galleria, River Oaks District, and Uptown Park. You can even walk to a lot of places when the weather is nice.
