My Take on The Cosmopolitan

The Cosmopolitan is a striking glass-clad tower right on Post Oak that stands out from the buildings around it. It was developed by Randall Davis so you'll find their signature quality throughout. The 80 homes at The Cosmopolitan are a mix of both loft-style and traditional condo layouts. You'll find large open-concept living areas, 10-foot ceilings, and walls of glass to take in the Uptown views. There's been so much construction in the area that Uptown really does have it's own recognizable skyline at this point. One of my favorite things about these units is the big terraces that are very functional in many units. You can put outdoor living and dining furniture on them so when the weather is nice you have true indoor/ourdoor living.

About the Location
There's a good reason this building has one of Houston's best Walk Scores. You're right in the middle of the Uptown area on Post Oak, with so much close by including a Whole Foods just next door. You can walk to some of Houston's favorite dining spots as well as Uptown Village and the Galleria. Well, at least when the weather is nice you can. Heck even if it's 100 degrees and raining it still might be better than sitting in the Galleria traffic!
