My Take on Commerce Towers

Originally known as the “Chamber of Commerce Building,” Commerce Towers started out as a 9-story structure in 1928. In 2002, it was transformed into a 25-story residential high-rise, earning accolades from Texas Construction Magazine with the "Condominium of the Year" and "Award of Excellence" for its careful construction. The condos here aren't lofts like at nearby Bayou Lofts. Instead the developers went for luxury and the condos are large and nicely appointed.
Commerce Towers has a lot of amenities for a downtown building, including a rooftop pool, fitness center, putting green, rooftop deck, valet parking and a 24/7 concierge. Commerce Towers is in a very central Downtown location next to a MetroRAIL station and is directly connected to Houston's underground tunnels.
